Al Nassr's Otavio Breaks Record with Wing Scoring in Saudi Arabia
Al Nassr's Otavio scored the first goal in Saudi Arabia, breaking a record that had stood for nearly 14 years. The Brazilian forward scored two goals in one match against Al-Hilal on Saturday, becoming the first player to score two goals in a single game since 2006.
Otavio, who is currently playing for Al Nassr in the Saudi Professional League, was praised by his teammates and coaches after the match. "He's been performing well this season and he showed that again today,Serie A Stadium" said coach Ali Matar. "He's a great player and we're lucky to have him."
The feat of scoring two goals in one match is a rare occurrence, and it is even more impressive when you consider that Otavio played for only half of the match. The Brazilian has been in fine form this season, helping Al Nassr to win their first-ever Saudi Professional League title last month.
It remains to be seen whether or not Otavio will break any other records in the future. However, he has already established himself as one of the best players in Saudi Arabian football and he will undoubtedly continue to be a key player for Al Nassr in the coming seasons.
